Darkness covers my soul
While I´m drowning in tears of grief
Reaching a state like apathy
My dreams become my reality
And the barriers of fate vanish
Peace returns to my heart
Changing into hate for myself
Because I am only dreaming
Not living in this world
Night Tales, poems of love
Written in the dark, conceived in pain
Night Tales, poems of grief
Talking about yearning and loss
Caught by the cold claws of agony
There is no escape from my misery
Only a shimmering light of hope´s remained
Guiding me through the blackness of pain
But even my hope slowly withers
Like red roses in the desert of life
So I´ll welcome the angels of death
To be taken away from my suffering
By their black embrace
Night Tales, poems of love
Written in the dark, conceived in pain
Night Tales, poems of grief
Talking about yearning and loss
While I´m drowning in tears of grief
Reaching a state like apathy
My dreams become my reality
And the barriers of fate vanish
Peace returns to my heart
Changing into hate for myself
Because I am only dreaming
Not living in this world
