I went to bed one night,
Tired from a 12 hour shift.
My hope was to fall asleep very tight,
but my shut-eye was about to drift.
When I turned off the light and closed my eyes,
the well-known sound appeared.
A tiny little fella, with a taste for blood,
started flying around in here.
It drives - me - insane!
It just sat there on the wall,
waiting for the perfect time.
It's been there for hours,
planning the perfect crime.

When you try to swat them they pass - right - through.
It passes my ear, i open my eyes,
stumble out of bed, to turn on the lights.
I scout the walls, to find the little pest.
But now it is gone, so I continue my quest.
Armed to the teeth, from the local supplier,
a spray can should do it - fight it with fire!
