The supreme fire of determination, anger, passion and love
The protector of both worlds, heaven and earth
Terror to fire of terrible time, three eyed one
O thou Death of Death, prostrations..
Rudra, thy form all benignant
Which destroys trace of evey sin
With that they hallowed peaceful form
O mountain's lord
O mountain resident, that thy hands
The arrow wield to end of all foes
May that begin become to us, protect us all
Harm not the world, harm not any
O blue necked lord
Grant us your Satt, Chitt and Aananda
That we may be free in life
To live the bliss of your realization
O lord my gods of gods
Open my heart and release my soul
Lift me to the heights of devotion to you
As we tread our path of Vakti-Karma-Gyana
Give us liberation and free us from death

Raging in ten and thousand rays rising to heal the woes of men
And moving with the vital lives, these rudra we propitiate
This blue necked one who moves in sky
The reddened glory of heavens
Do behold all those unlettered
And also all, lord, bless us all
Visible god through crossest skies
Yet invisible remainest
The high and low, the wise and fool
Do all behold this lord of day
Rudra, we salute thee
As Indra thou hast thousand eyes
As rain thou pourest on this earth
Who attend thee, to them we bow

I bow to the lord of three worlds
White with ashes, three eyed
Bearing the serpent as sacred thread
Homage to the one wearing as raiment
His own l***rous halo of radiant beams
Bedecked with a glittering garland of skulls
May this our offering be made
To Death of Death, the supreme Death
With that Purusha we commune
On Mahadeva we meditate
May that rudra direct us all
To that great goal we all here seek
