The neighbors eventually called 911 when they realized that it wasn't an elaborate Halloween decoration
This man was slumped over on his apartment balcony for five days, bleeding out of his eye
And nobody noticed

But in fact a man that shot himself in the face
The man apparently shot himself in the eye with a gun
